ABOUT APEXScientific
APEX – Academic Programme of Excellence provides talented and passionate high school and undergraduate students with a unique opportunity to get a taste of the amazing world of scientific research. Crafted and taught by top internationally recognized university professors, APEX programs focus on collaborative exploration and investigation, exactly as in actual research!
Under the scientific leadership of top world research institutions APEXScientific organizes intensive and immersive summer residential programs in Mathematics and Chemistry.
Starting with 2026, we plan to develop our portfolio with similar events for subjects like Biology, Physics, Computer Science or Philosophy.
Who We Are
APEXScientific is a proprietary concept developed by Oriensys Scientific (France) and implemented by Association InformART (Romania) in partnership with internationally recognised academic partners (mainly universities and research institutes that are rigorously selected).
For APEXMaths, our main partner is Simion Stoilow Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy. In Timișoara, we are supported by West University in Timișoara, and in Reșița our main partner is Babeș-Bolyai University – Reșița Academic Centre.
For APEXChemistry, the scientific partner is the University of Bucharest.
The camps are made possible thanks to the support of our local partners, that partly finance the program, as well as media partners.
