Adrian Salic received his PhD in Cell Biology from Harvard University, after which he was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Systems Biology at Harvard Medical School. He is currently Professor of Cell Biology at Harvard Medical School. His lab focuses on two directions: 1) using chemical biology, biochemistry and cell biology to elucidate mechanisms involved in cell-cell signaling; 2) developing chemical methods for metabolic labeling and microscopic visualization of various biological molecules in vivo.
